EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with Digital Funtown merchandise. If you receive a product that is faulty, defective, or if you order a garment that does not fit, we will exchange that merchandise for an item of equal value. Just send the defective or poor-fitting item, along with the original packing slip to:

Please specify on the packing slip the item you are shipping back and the item you would like in exchange. If it's a garment, please specify the correct size.  Also please provide shipping address if different from the one on the packing slip.

 

Please note that we do not issue refunds.

You may make a change or cancel an order if it has not been processed by our fulfillment company.  Please contact us to inquire about the status of your order at store@digitalfuntown.com.



SHIPPING &HANDLING

 

Shipping Options Inside the US

You have several shipping options:

  • First Class Mail or UPS Ground: 5-7 business days
  • UPS 2nd Day Delivery: 2 business days (order must be placed before 2 PM CST)

Shipping to Canada

All Canadian Orders are shipped via the US Postal Service and transferred to Canadian Post.

The delivery times run from 6 to 8 weeks. 

 

Please note:

  • Packages to Canada do not have tracking numbers.
  • We do not offer expedited delivery service to Canada.
  • Shipments from the United States to Canada may be subject to additional charges by local governments, such as Goods and Services Tax (GST) or Value Added Tax (VAT) as well as customs duties. These charges vary by type of merchandise, as assessed by the Canadian government, and they are collected at the time of delivery.

 

Shipping to All Other Countries

All International Orders are shipped via the United States Mail Service and are delivered to the Postal Service System in the country of destination.

 
The delivery times run from 3 to 4 weeks.

FAQs

 

I don't have a credit card. Can I still place an order?

If you don't have a Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express, we do accept mailed-in orders with a certified check or money order. To order Digital Funtown Merchandise without using a credit card, print out our order form at:  http://www.digitalfuntownstore.com/orderform.htm


Complete the form, referring to the online store for descriptions of products and shipping costs. Send the completed form, along with your certified check or money order to:

Please do not send cash! If you are outside the US, we do not accept checks drawn on foreign banks. Please use an International Money Order payable in US dollars.

 

Do you accept PayPal?

Sorry, we do not accept PayPal as a form of payment.

 

How long will it take for my order to reach me?

The time it takes for the shipment to reach you depends on which shipping method you choose and the distance between your location and Chicago, IL. Orders shipped by First Class Mail or UPS Ground arrive in 5-7 business days. Orders shipped UPS 2nd Day Delivery arrive in 2 business days if the order is placed before 2pm Central Time.

 

Please keep in mind that packages shipped outside of the United States are shipped via International Airmail and may take up to 3-4 weeks (6 - 8 weeks to Canada) because of the additional distance, and because packages have to clear customs when they reach the country of destination.

 

Can I make a change to an order after it has been processed?

Where is my confirmation email and/or tracking number?



On the first business day after you place your order, we will send you an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email on the following business day, the confirmation email may have been undeliverable due to a spam blocker or incorrect email address.

 

What do I do if I lost my gift certificate code?

If you have received a gift certificate and lost the code, or you sent a gift certificate that was never received, we can retrieve the code for you and resend it. Please send an email to store@digitalfuntown.com. Please provide us with the names of both the gift certificate recipient and sender.

 

Can I exchange or return merchandise?

Do you ship outside the US?

We ship to nearly every country in the world. Please check the Shipping & Handling section of our store for complete details on our shipping policy to Canada and all other countries.

 

Will I be charged customs duties when my international package arrives?

Digital Funtown does not charge, collect or pay duty or customs charges for packages shipped outside the USA.

However, customs regulations vary by country and you may be charged additional fees for customs duty or GST (Goods and Services Tax) when the package arrives.

Please check with your local customs or postal authority regarding shipments from the US to your country to learn specific information regarding such charges.

 

Where should I send a product suggestion?

Digital Funtown Board loves to hear from creative residents. Please send your suggestions to store@digitalfuntown.com.

 

Can I use your characters for my own purpose?

Our characters are trademarked and may not appear on any non-Digital Funtown assets unless there is a Licensing Agreement in place. If you put our characters on your own stuff without our permission, you will be in violation of our intellectual property rights! If you are interested in licensing our characters, send us an email to info@digitalfuntown.com.

 

How do I get my question answered if it's not in the FAQs?

Digital Funtown Board will be happy to answer your question Monday through Friday during normal business hours, on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Just send an e-mail that includes your first and last name, your order number (if you've already placed an order) and all the pertinent details of your question to store@digitalfuntown.com.
